Hiring a Care Provider
Our highest
priority is to make sure each client receives exceptional care
Capital City Nurses offers you two options for hiring a care
provider.
-
Capital
City Nurses Healthcare Services. Capital City Nurses
employs Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses,
and Nurses Aides to provide direct nursing services in
private homes, hospitals, and other medical facilities.
They are available for short and long-term care. All care
providers are employees of Capital City Nurses Healthcare
Services. Clients receive one invoice for services provided.
Capital City Nurses is licensed by the Maryland Department
of Health and Mental Hygiene.
-
Capital
City Nurses Registry. The client
may use the Capital City Nurses Registry to locate a care
provider who can be hired independently by the client.
For both long and short-term care, the Capital City Nurses
Registry maintains a listing of thoroughly screened nurses,
nurses aides, and other care providers. The client compensates
the caregiver directly. Capital City Nurses Registry charges
a placement fee for its referral service. The placement
fee will be billed to the client bi-weekly.
We check up on every placement we make.
During the first week of care, a Capital City Nurses coordinator
will call you to make certain you are happy with the care provider
and the quality of service you are receiving. If, at any time,
you would like to work with a different care provider, please
call our office directly. Our service can be cancelled with
24 hours notice.
